Packaging for Premium Cuts (Frozen or Refrigerated)
Argentine premium beef is packed in vacuum sealed plastic bags, which are then placed inside carton boxes (photo example below). Once the product is inside a closed bag and inside the closed box, the product is blast frozen to -18 degrees centigrade and kept at that temperature for export.
Refrigerated beef is packed the same as frozen, however it is kept at temperatures between -2 and 2 degrees centigrade for shipping.

Nuestros procesos productivos cuentan con un Sistema de Autocontrol basado en el análisis de riesgo HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) y con sus programas de prerrequisitos: SSOP (Procedimientos estandarizados de sanitización) y GMP (Buenas prácticas de elaboración de alimentos), certificación del estándar internacional GSFS (Norma Mundial en Seguridad Alimentaria ex BRC) de manera de garantizar la obtención de productos totalmente inocuos.
